Who publishes no super unleaded price?
1,757 of the 7,901 forecourts that published a petrol price published no Super E5 price beside it — 22.2% of them. That is a fact about what was filed, not about what is in the tanks: the file carries prices, and a forecourt with no price for a grade and a forecourt with no pump for it look exactly the same in it.

The 15 chains with 50 or more forecourts publishing a petrol price, fewest Super E5 prices first. Excludes 849 smaller retailers and unbranded sites, 1,373 forecourts between them. Every figure is a count of prices filed, so a chain at zero filed no super unleaded price anywhere — which is not the same statement as not selling it, and we have no way to get from one to the other.

Asda published no Super E5 price at any of its 321 forecourts. Every other chain in the table filed at least some. We are reporting what reached the file and nothing about why, and the same discipline applies to the reader: this page cannot tell you whether a pump is there.
Districts where nobody published one
193 postcode districts hold a forecourt publishing petrol and not one publishing Super E5. This is the half a driver can act on — and the same caution holds, doubly: a district with no published price is not a district with no super unleaded.
The other 911 districts hold both: at least one forecourt publishing a Super E5 price and at least one not.
